This pet bed is 100% waterproof. There is a waterproof liner that completely surrounds the foam part that will not allow liquid to get to the foam. The cover itself is not waterproof but can easily be removed and machine washed. Whenever an accident occurs, we recommend washing the cover and hosing off the inner part of the bed.
Yes. If your bed cover needs to be washed, machine wash cold to hot with bedding on gentle cycle and tumble dry low.
